What are you building?

Describe the result you want in your own words. Steepworks turns it into a goal, milestones and an estimate before any work is funded.

In a sentence or two

Which goal is closest? (optional)

Develop products and capabilities Grow revenue and reach Develop business opportunities Improve operations Reduce cost and dependency Modernize systems Not sure

A goal suggests the kind of result below and one question to shape it. Change either.

What kind of result?

Software An app, website, tool or connection between systems Research or a decision A report, analysis or recommendation to act on A new way of working A process, playbook or operating change A partner offer or launch A new offer, partnership or channel to try

Where are you starting?

Build something new An app, tool or product from scratch Improve what exists A website or application already in use Connect tools Make the systems you run work together Organize a build in progress Agent work that burned budget without a clear result

Why Steepworks

Building is cheap now. Building the right thing isn't.

A goal someone can accept Every build starts from what should be true afterward, not from a prompt.
Nothing runs until it's funded Each milestone is estimated and funded before people or agents start work on it.
Verified, not claimed Evidence is checked against what was agreed: pull requests for software, documents and observations for other work. A named person accepts the result.

Steepworks

Choose the work that matters, coordinate people and agents, and see what changed and what it took.
